All discounted goods are FINAL SALE. In the case of further discounts, we do not offer price adjustments on previously placed orders.
We do not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.
Where and when can I pick up my order when I select curbside pick up?
You can pick up your order for curbside pickup at our studio location at 8611 Weston Rd Unit 24, Woodbridge, ON on Wednesday's only. If you require your order any earlier, please contact us at sistermediums@gmail.com and we might be able to make arrangments for you to pick up at the door while we are in services during the week.
PLEASE ONLY PICK UP once you have received a confirmation email that your order is ready. We are open to the public on Wednesdays only from 12pm--7pm and if you cannot make that time please email us at sistermediums@gmail.com and we will set up a time for you to come in.
What bracelet should I choose?
If you are working with a specific issue we recommend reading the descriptions to find the one that will be beneficial. Also, if you are drawn to a particular gemstone, often that is the gemstone that you need.
How is my bracelet “charged” or cleared of any other energies before I wear it?
Each and every product at Sister Mediums is cleared of any previous energies by being smudged with a combination of healing tools including palo santo, sage and our SPIRIT spray (part of our apothecary line). Each item is then infused and energized through Reiki Healing properties. This process includes infusing our products with the following intentions: protection, healing, grounding, joy, abundance, confidence, and transformation. Upon arrival of your products you can place them on an indoor windowsill for 24 hours to further cleanse them by catching the natural reflection and properties of the sun and then charge them with the natural elements of the moon.
How do I store or care for my jewellery?
Store each piece separately in its original packaging or jewellery bag. Avoid direct contact with water and/or sunlight, perfumes, sprays or lotion while wearing jewellery as chemicals may tarnish or change its colouring. Gemstone jewellery although resilient will scratch or chip if dropped. Please exercise caution.
Sterling silver will tarnish over time, especially when left outside of it's bag. To keep your silver jewellery looking new, polish frequently a cleaning cloth, specifically for silver.
Do your smudging products contain instructions on how to cleanse a space?
Yes, all of our smudging kits come with instructions on how to use them to cleanse your home, workspace or personal space including vehicles.
Where are your products from?
While we handpick our crystals once a year at the Gemshow in Arizona, we also source mainly Canadian products, along with high quality crystals from Canada and around the globe. We currently work alongside a number of Canadian wholesalers who import high quality products. These products and crystals are ethically sourced and imported from places such as Brazil, Morocco, Nepal, Russia, India, Ecuador and Madagascar.
